Held at 7pm on select Wednesdays, this 75 minute session integrates reflexology, gentle postures and breath-work to help relieve emotional and physical menstrual discomfort.

Attendees will leave with a short sequence card, with helpful reminders for the techniques learned in this session.
All bodies welcome- you don’t need to be on a period to attend!
